Rights Claims / Reports
This page defines how to report rights infringement or policy violations in published games, and how to dispute review or enforcement decisions.
1. How to Report
- Open the shared report form from the "Report" link on each game page, choose a category, and submit. Identifiers of the target game (gameId, revision, page URL, and report time) are attached automatically.
- Categories: Rights infringement / Illegal or dangerous / Personal information / Harassment / Adult content / Technical issue / Other
2. Takedown Requests by Rights Holders (Copyright, Trademark, Likeness)
Please include the following:
- Your name and contact details (a statement that you are the rights holder or an authorized agent)
- The right you believe is infringed and the original work (title, URL, etc.)
- The URL of the target game and identification of the infringing part
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate
- If the request is judged valid, the target game will be suspended or deleted.
- In clearly urgent cases (child-related content, leaked personal information, etc.), the game may be suspended before confirmation is complete.
3. Handling Flow
- Receipt → urgency assessment (temporarily suspended if high)
- Notification to the creator and fact confirmation
- Decision to restore or delete after investigation, with notice to both parties
- Records of the action are retained (physical deletion may be withheld under legal preservation requirements)
4. Disputes
- Creators who disagree with a suspension, deletion, or review result may file a dispute from the report form ("Other"), specifying the target game and reasons. We will re-investigate and notify you of the result.
5. False Reports
- False or abusive reports may result in measures such as suspension of the reporter's account.
